Browse or search for what you want, tap a listing to see details, then hit "Add to Cart" or "Order Now." Once you place an order, the seller's WhatsApp number and details are shared so you can arrange payment and pickup/delivery directly.

Payment happens directly between you and the seller — usually via cash, EFT, or a payment app, arranged over WhatsApp. We don't process payments on the platform.

Check our Community Guidelines for safety tips — meet in public campus areas where possible, and trust your gut. You can report any listing or seller that seems off.

Yes — tap the heart icon on any listing to add it to your Favorites, accessible from your profile.

You can request a dispute/refund review from your Orders page once an order is marked complete, and our admin team will look into it.

Sign up and choose "Seller" as your role, then complete your seller profile — including which university and campuses you can deliver to — before posting your first listing.

Yes — there is no free trial. To sell you need an active paid subscription, paid securely via PayFast. Plans: R159 for 30 days or R49 for 1 week. Choose a plan from your seller dashboard to start listing immediately after payment.

Yes — use "Save as Draft" when creating a listing, then publish it whenever you're ready from My Listings.

Mark it as "Sold" in My Listings — this is different from just hiding it, and keeps your store looking active and trustworthy.

After an order is completed, buyers can rate and review you, and you can rate them back. Sellers with 5+ completed sales earn a "Verified Seller" badge.
