Browse or search for what you want, tap a listing to see details, then hit "Add to Cart" or "Order Now." At checkout, choose in-person handover or Pargo delivery, then pay by card, Ozow, SnapScan, or RCS — your payment is held safely in escrow by TradeSafe until you've got your item.

Payment is processed securely through TradeSafe, our escrow partner. Your money is held in escrow — not sent to the seller — until the order is confirmed delivered. For in-person handover, you'll get a 6-digit Collection PIN to give the seller when you receive your item, which releases the payment. For Pargo delivery, payment releases automatically 24 hours after the pickup point confirms delivery, unless you report a problem before then.

Check our Community Guidelines for safety tips — meet in public campus areas where possible, and trust your gut. You can report any listing or seller that seems off.

Yes — tap the heart icon on any listing to add it to your Favorites, accessible from your profile.

While your payment is still held in escrow, tap "Report a problem" on the order in My Orders to pause the automatic release and get our team to review it. For issues after an order is already marked complete, you can also request a dispute/refund review from your Orders page.

Sign up and choose "Seller" as your role, then complete your seller profile — including which institution and campuses you can deliver to and connecting your payouts — before posting your first listing.

Once a buyer's payment clears — either you confirm their Collection PIN at handover, or a Pargo delivery auto-releases after 24 hours — the money lands in your in-app Wallet. From there you can withdraw your available balance to your bank account any time.

Selling is currently free while we get everything set up — just create a seller account and start listing. We'll let you know here if that ever changes.

Yes — use "Save as Draft" when creating a listing, then publish it whenever you're ready from My Listings.

Mark it as "Sold" in My Listings — this is different from just hiding it, and keeps your store looking active and trustworthy.

After an order is completed, buyers can rate and review you, and you can rate them back. Sellers with 5+ completed sales earn a "Verified Seller" badge.
