Past orders and reviews stay on record — shown as involving a "Deleted user" — because South African consumer and tax law requires us to retain transaction records for dispute and financial purposes. We don't keep any way to contact you or identify you beyond that.
If you're a seller with an outstanding wallet balance or an order still held in escrow, you'll need to withdraw your funds or resolve that order first — deletion is blocked until then so no money gets stranded.
Go to Profile → Account → Delete my account while signed in.
